On February 23, 2026, the University College of Teacher Education Lower Austria invites you to Mathematics Day. Under the motto “Shaping mathematics digitally – learning in transition,” the focus is on the meaningful use of digital media. Among those taking part is one from our own ranks. In his keynote, Thomas Benesch will give a practical insight into the integration of a pedagogically designed AI chatbot into the MatheArena learning apps. The chat supports students with hints and thought-provoking impulses instead of ready-made solutions and thus forms the basis for a meaningful learning process.
